Prenatal Fitness Classes

During this group fitness class our Prenatal Fitness Specialist guides pregnant moms through safe exercises that strengthen and stretch specific muscles and help reduce aches and pains brought on from pregnancy. These classes are an ideal place to meet other pregnant women who will inevitably become part of your support network as a new mom.
