Mom and Baby Outdoor Stroller Fit Classes in London, Ontario!

Join Mum and Bubs Stroller Fitness for a full-body workout that includes power walking, core exercises, cardio bursts and strength training.  Each 6-week session builds in intensity and is tailored to helping you improve your fitness level and meet your health goals in a safe and effective manner.

To provide you with maximum flexibility we are running 5 sessions this summer each of which includes two groups: Group A running on Monday & Wednesday from 9:30am-11:00am and Group B running on Tuesday & Thursday from 10:00am – 11:30am.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

JOCELYN SHELSON, B.SC, RHN

Born and raised in London, Ontario Jocelyn completed a Bachelor’s Degree of Science at Western University majoring in Foods and Nutrition in 2008 after which she attended teachers college in Australia where she completed a Graduate Diploma in Education at The University of the Sunshine Coast. This was followed by four years of teaching experience in both Australia and Canada. In 2014 Jocelyn graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and completed her Group Fitness Instructor Specialist and Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist through CANFITPRO. In January 2015, Jocelyn founded Mum and Bubs Health and Fitness Inc. in Barrie, Ontario. Over the next two years she built a following in Barrie eventually licensing that location and moving to London Ontario to open a second location. Jocelyn has served over 500 mothers and babies since founding Mum and Bubs and has created a thriving community which is currently expanding within Ontario.
