“I joined stroller fit three weeks ago, bringing my six month old twin boys and occasionally my three year old son. Jocelyn goes out of her way to assist anyone with their baby so they can get a good work out in. After three short weeks i am noticing a difference in my endurance and performance while exercising. Ive lost about six inches from my stomach, arms and legs. Today i tried out Jocelyn’s learn to run program and with plenty of encouragement i was able to run 5k!
